When my husband and I decided that we wanted to move back to our hometown, we looked at several houses. Many were in need of repair and building one seemed out of the question.
The first moment we walked thru the doors of our new home I fell in love. The construction is totally amazing. They go the extra mile to include great options and details to make the house a home. We have previously built two “stick” built homes. Neither compares to the quality construction we received with our home purchase.
I was amazed at how well the home was insulated. In the summer it stays a consistent 74 degrees and the air conditioner runs very sparingly. In the winter the most my heating bill has ever been was $116. That was when we had weeks of below zero temps.
Gary and Mike only use high quality products and professionals. I could not be more happy with my purchase. When they find us a nice parcel of land they will get our next home purchase!!
